Lisa Lund, CRC, MFT
Lisa Lund is an accomplished trainer and sought-after speaker known for her energetic and entertaining presentations for both professional and lay audiences, including corporate settings, universities, conferences and community agencies. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a Master Certified Gottman Therapist and Trainer.
Lisa teaches all 3 levels of Gottman professional trainings leading to Gottman Certification. She is an active member of The Gottman Institute Speaker Bureau. She also produces & co-present’s Gottman’s, “Art and Science of Love: Weekend Workshop for Couples” in Mill Valley, Marin County for the SF Bay Area. Lisa is the owner of A Couple’s Place counseling center in Kentfield, CA. She specializes in research-based couples therapy and sees couples in private, group and extended marathon sessions. Lisa holds a MS degree from San Francisco State University with a duel specialization in Rehabilitation and Marriage and Family Counseling. Bob Navarra, Psy.D, MFT, MAC
Bob integrates research-based approaches to help couples grow closer, manage their differences and create opportunities for shared meaning and connection. He provides them with the tools to deepen their friendship and effectively deal with conflict, especially with the "stuck issues".
Dr. Navarra has co-authored several book chapters with Dr. John Gottman on Gottman Couples Therapy, and is currently collaborating on additional writing projects and research with Drs. John and Julie Gottman. He is also a Research Scientist at John Gottman's famed Relationship Research Institute in Seattle, Washington.
Integrating his relational model of addiction treatment with the Sound Relationship Model and theory, Dr. Navarra designed “Roadmap for the Journey: A Gottman Workshop for Couples in Addiction Recovery” and developed the “Couple Recovery Development Approach”, a unique strategy to addiction and recovery counseling that integrates the Gottman Method into a customized program for recovering couples. It is based on his work as a Research Associate, Director and Co-Founder of the Center for Couples in Recovery, at Mental Research Institute (MRI) in Palo Alto, California.
Bob is a Master Certified Gottman Therapist, Trainer, Consultant and Speaker. He has a Psy.D from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco and a M.A. in Marriage and Family Counseling from Santa Clara University. He is a licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (#15997).
