The town of Bodega Bay and it’s nearby cousin, the town of Bodega located about 5 minutes inland, are best known as the filming locations for Alfred Hitchcock’s “The Birds”. Terrific coastal walking and hiking trails, art galleries, great lodging and shopping. Be sure to pick up some salt water taffy when visiting!
